Job Highlights

• Inventory reconciliations and research of inventory discrepancies at assigned sites, including inventory adjustments.
• Warehouse invoice audit and SAP service entry for all sites.
• Responsible for the receipting of inbound material at assigned sites and the post goods issue for outbound shipments(Ensure receipts into the warehouse and shipments out are reported and entered into SAP in a timely manner
• Responsible for entering quality specifications for any materials where the quality data is not automatically populated in the system (3rd party vendors, etc).
• Troubleshoot and correct incorrect SAP deliveries so the proper shipping information is provided to the shipping facilities
• Completing physical inventories at warehouses to ensure accurate inventory on SAP.
• Support all warehousing activities at assigned sites (eg. Isotank heat monitoring, warehouse exceptions reporting)
• Complaint investigation and resolution
• Coordination of the LANXESS waste disposal program
• Maintain Over Short and Damaged database to track all instances of these occurrences and facilitate the claims process
• Purchase requisitions for warehouse invoices and warehousing supplies
• Recommend and participate in the design and implementation of process, policy, and system improvements to the Logistic Operations area and activities.
• Monitor, analyze and audit the activities of all assigned facilities, ensuring LANXESS policies, procedures and standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or business degree plus applicable experience and at least 3-5 years logistics experience.
• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong problem solving skills required.
• Must be adaptive and able to multi-task.
• Communication skills important.
• SAP Experience required.
• Must be knowledgeable on DOT shipping requirements.
• Must be able to travel, up to 10% may be required.
