Job Highlights

  • Provide hands-on lubricant applications testing and technical expertise in support of the Company's specialty finished fluids product line.
  • Ensure the technical aspects of current and new finished fluids products meet business objectives and customer specifications.
  • Lead multiple projects for new product development as well as reformulation of existing products to enhance performance and minimize cost.
  • Manage internal and external contract lubricant testing programs.
  • Provide technical service for existing products to both Sales and customers.
  • Provide periodic written and/or oral presentation on progress of assigned work/projects.
  • Write technical papers, give technical presentations as required at industry functions, accompany Sales on customer visits.
  • Comply with all safety regulations, Company policies, ISO qulity and environmental standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement: BS Degree with industry experience; Preferred Education Requirement: BS Degree in chemistry or chemical engineering with industry experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years industry related experience; Preferred 5-10 years preferred.
  • Excellent hands-on abilities with desire to work in the laboratory.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasksin parallel.
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
