Job Highlights

Work with Plant Management Responsible for managing, maintaining and implementing Quality Management System - AS9100 and Responsible Care 14001 and procedures, including conducting Internal Audits, Supplier Audits and Surveillance Audits.
Ensure that activities are performed and documented per our systems and procedures in accordance to our customer and Lanxess Quality requirements.
Create and update QMS procedures. Maintain procedures relevant to the scope of job description.
Utilizes problem solving techniques such as 8-D & 5-why to analyze, evaluate, and permanently correct internal and external customer issues as appropriate.
Responsible for assuring products conform to established requirements and standards through appropriate audits, inspections, and test activities.
Interacts with many different functional departments and suppliers to meet Quality goals.
Perform FMEA, Flow Diagram, Control Plan and Measurement System Analysis, capability studies (preferably using Minitab) to improve the process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science with 3-5 years experience
Have a working knowledge of ISO 9001, RC 14001 and AS9100.
Must possess good communication and organizational skills.
